SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY (Only around PENANG islan, Penang Mainland, KULIM selective areas)
- NO SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS are entertained, if its urgent please call us directly and an additional charges applies for express deliveries.
- Delivery starts from 10 am onwards till 7pm daily except for Sundays.
- For office, we will make sure the delivery settled before 5 pm and before 7pm to residential addresses. Kindly ensure there is someone who is able to receive the flowers in case your recipient is not around. WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS FOR WRONG ADDRESSES AND LAST-MINUTE PLAN CHANGES.
- Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Saturday. Please check with our customer service for local public holidays as delivery time might defer.
SELF COLLECTION
Self collection is available only at the designated locations below, only if our staffs send a confirmation through whatsapp that the flowers are ready. Urgent orders please call us or walk in directly.
Self Collection Point:
Lot6, Billion Shopping Centre (Seberang Jaya) Sdn Bhd, Jalan Todak 3, Pusat Bandar Seberang Jaya 13700 Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang.
CASH ON DELIVERY : No Cash on Delivery (COD). All payment must be made full before delivery.
CHANGING ADDRESS
We only accept address changes only made a day before the actual delivery day. We really want to make the job of our riders as easy as possible and that includes giving them full and accurate addresses. Any inaccurate or incomplete addresses might result to an undelivered bouquet. For second attempt delivery, they will be extra delivery charges applies. *WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO WRONG ADDRESS* provided by customers.
RETURNS
As flowers are highly perishable items. There will be no returns acceptable for fresh flower bouquets. Returns will only be made if the product arrives in very poor shape or form (more than 50% of flowers are wilted or dead). Recipient must report immediately once received. Any longer than 1 hour at the receivers will not be entertained.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Plumeria Florals will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
SHIPPING
Shipping is available for selective products. ALL FRESH FLOWER PRODUCTS DOES NOT HAVE SHIPPING. Please contact customer service before purchasing.
