1What are your operating hours?

We’re open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with our last delivery at 7:00 p.m. On Sundays, we only offer morning deliveries.

2 Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available! You can choose either a morning or evening session, but please note that specific delivery times cannot be chosen. For urgent orders, call us directly, as express delivery is available with an extra charge.

3Can I choose a specific delivery time?

No, customers can only select a delivery session—either morning or evening. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery times.

4How can I check if you deliver to my area?

Please contact our customer service team to confirm if we deliver to your location before placing your order.

5What if the flowers or colors I ordered aren’t available?

If specific flowers or colors are unavailable, we’ll replace them with similar items of equal value to ensure your arrangement is just as beautiful.

6Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with the flowers?
